Research and training activities of the International Center aims to create new and effective methods, and training techniques supported by computer and telecommunications technologies as well as telematics.
Research and training activities are carried out in accordance with the priorities of education reform in Ukraine and the main lines of UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Programmes Information for All and Education for All.
