International research and training Center

International center for Information Technologies and Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (International Center) is a research and training organization subordinated to the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, established in 1997 with the assistance of the Government of Ukraine, UNESCO, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The International Center is an institution that organically combines research, training and international activities in the field of computer science, information and telecommunications technologies. The International Center has formed a unique team of leading scientists, specialists and highly qualified teachers who create and implement new information technologies based on intelligent computer and telecommunications environments.

By measuring and analyzing the ECG. It implements an original technology for processing biosignals in phase space, which allows it to detect hidden signs of disease. The device is simple and easy to use. It is available in two modifications for examinations in medical institutions and home use. Clinical trials have been conducted. A pilot batch was manufactured and design and technological documentation was developed. The device is ready for serial industrial production. There are no foreign analogs. The State Registration Certificate No. 8398/2008 dated December 3, 2008 and the permit for the device use in medical practice were obtained.

The central place in the International Center’s programs of work is occupied by the problems of artificial intelligence, new information and communication technologies and systems, problems of informatization, creation of an information society in Ukraine and its interaction with the global information space. The International Center successfully solves one of the key problems of informatics – creation of a new generation of high science-intensive information technologies – intelligent information technologies capable of reproducing elements of human intelligence. The results of the International Center are recognized in the country and abroad in the main scientific areas.
